Η ξύλινη κασετίνα φύλαξης της Ahmad Tea αποτελεί μια κομψή και πρακτική λύση για όσους αγαπούν το ποιοτικό τσάι και την οργανωμένη παρουσίασή του. Κατασκευασμένη από ξύλο με προσεγμένο φινίρισμα και διαχρονική αισθητική, προσφέρει ιδανικό χώρο αποθήκευσης και προστασίας για τα φακελάκια, διατηρώντας τα πάντα τακτοποιημένα και σε άριστη κατάσταση.

Η κασετίνα περιλαμβάνει 80 ατομικά φακελάκια αλουμινίου, κατανεμημένα σε οκτώ επιλεγμένες ποικιλίες: English Breakfast, Earl Grey, English No.1, Πράσινο Τσάι, Πράσινο Τσάι με Γιασεμί, Ροδάκινο & Φρούτα Πάθους, Μαύρο Φραγκοστάφυλο και Φράουλα. Κάθε φακελάκι είναι αεροστεγώς σφραγισμένο, ώστε να προστατεύεται από εξωτερικούς παράγοντες και να διατηρεί τη φρεσκάδα και το άρωμά του.

Για ιδανικό αποτέλεσμα στο φλιτζάνι, συνιστάται η χρήση νερού θερμοκρασίας 80–85°C και χρόνος εκχύλισης 2–3 λεπτών, επιτρέποντας στη γεύση να αναπτυχθεί ομαλά, χωρίς πικρά στοιχεία. Η ανθεκτική κατασκευή και ο προσεγμένος σχεδιασμός της κασετίνας την καθιστούν κατάλληλη για μακροχρόνια χρήση, είτε για προσωπική απόλαυση είτε ως εκλεπτυσμένο δώρο για κάθε λάτρη του τσαγιού.

CAFERAMA processes orders for delivery within Greece only.

  • Orders up to 2 kg are shipped via our partnered courier company with a flat shipping fee of €4 per order.
  • Orders over 2 kg incur an additional €1 per extra kilogram.

For orders involving:

  • items requested via special inquiry

shipments are arranged through a freight company after telephone coordination. Payment for these orders is made only via bank transfer to our account.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
  • Delivery time depends solely on the courier or shipping company, but may also be affected by your chosen payment method (e.g., the completion and visibility of bank transfers may vary by bank, usually 2–3 business days).
  • Accepted orders will be shipped, where possible, within 5 business days, unless special circumstances affect courier workloads and cause delays.
  • Shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.
  • In any case, delivery will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, severe weather, peak shipping periods, etc.).

This ensures transparency and sets expectations for both standard and special-order deliveries.

WITH DEBIT, PREPAID, OR CREDIT CARD

You can pay for your order using a VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard credit/debit card. All online card payments are processed in the secure, protected environment of the partnered online payment platform. The information you provide during an electronic payment is not checked, processed, or stored by CAFERAMA, but by the respective payment provider and/or server. Please note that the secure payment system may require you to confirm the transaction through two-factor authentication, sending you a text message or email with a unique code, provided that you already have online banking credentials with the card-issuing bank.

PAYMENT WITH IRIS

The IRIS service allows you to complete your transaction quickly and securely, directly from your bank account. With no card fees or additional steps, you can easily pay via your bank’s mobile banking app. Simply select IRIS within your bank’s environment and follow the on-screen instructions.

In this case, your order will be shipped on the next business day after the transfer appears in our account. The completion and posting time of the bank transfer may vary depending on the bank (usually 2–3 business days). If the deposit is not made within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled. Any fees charged by banks for bank transfers are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY

If a refund is required (due to an eligible product return — see our return policy here), it will be processed by CAFERAMA using the same payment method that the customer used, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without undue or unjustified delay.

If your payment was made via bank deposit or cash on delivery, you must provide us with the IBAN of a bank account in your name, where the refund should be credited. The account holder must be the same person who placed the order in our online stor
