    • Orders up to 2 kg are shipped via our partnered courier company with a flat shipping fee of €4 per order.

    shipments are arranged through a freight company after telephone coordination. Payment for these orders is made only via bank transfer to our account.

    Order Processing & Delivery Times

    • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
    • Delivery time depends solely on the courier or shipping company, but may also be affected by your chosen payment method (e.g., the completion and visibility of bank transfers may vary by bank, usually 2–3 business days).
    • Accepted orders will be shipped, where possible, within 5 business days, unless special circumstances affect courier workloads and cause delays.
    • Shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.
    • In any case, delivery will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, severe weather, peak shipping periods, etc.).

    You can pay for your order using a VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard credit/debit card. All online card payments are processed in the secure, protected environment of the partnered online payment platform. The information you provide during an electronic payment is not checked, processed, or stored by CAFERAMA, but by the respective payment provider and/or server. Please note that the secure payment system may require you to confirm the transaction through two-factor authentication, sending you a text message or email with a unique code, provided that you already have online banking credentials with the card-issuing bank.

    In this case, your order will be shipped on the next business day after the transfer appears in our account. The completion and posting time of the bank transfer may vary depending on the bank (usually 2–3 business days). If the deposit is not made within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled. Any fees charged by banks for bank transfers are the responsibility of the customer.

    REFUND POLICY

    If a refund is required (due to an eligible product return — see our return policy here), it will be processed by CAFERAMA using the same payment method that the customer used, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without undue or unjustified delay.
