Product Returns Due to Delivery Errors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In all cases where items delivered differ from what was sold\u2014by type, quantity, or lack a feature previously agreed upon in writing with CAFERAMA\u2014the customer must return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In such cases, the costs of returning the products to CAFERAMA, as well as the costs of reshipping to the customer, are borne by CAFERAMA, provided that the recommended return method suggested by the company is followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns of Defective Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Products displayed on our online store may differ in color from reality (due to various factors such as photography characteristics, lighting, screen resolution, etc.). Such deviations cannot be considered as missing agreed-upon features or defects of the products you ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product to be replaced must be returned along with all documents that accompanied it (e.g., delivery note, retail receipt, etc.) and in full packaging. If the defect was discovered after delivery and the packaging is unavailable\u2014or if the product\u2019s packaging was collected by the courier during delivery\u2014return of the packaging is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns can be made either using CAFERAMA personnel and transportation or via a shipping company to the CAFERAMA store. In cases of return via a shipping company, the customer bears the cost of shipping to CAFERAMA, while CAFERAMA bears the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product. If the defect or missing agreed feature is confirmed, CAFERAMA will also reimburse the customer for the shipping costs incurred, provided the customer used the cooperating shipping company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the products are returned, the reported defect will be inspected, and the customer will be contacted with the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Rights Regarding Defective Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Within the legal or agreed-upon timeframes and regardless of the right of withdrawal described below, the customer may exercise any of the rights provided by law for defective products (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal), in accordance with legal conditions, by submitting a direct request to CAFERAMA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In case of a defect, you may send an email to info@caferama.gr with all necessary details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If a product is reported as defective by the customer, CAFERAMA reserves the right to verify the product as such before replacing it with a non-defective product or repairing it, if possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If the defect is minor, the right of withdrawal is not legally granted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If the defect can be repaired or replaced, the customer must accept the repair or replacement unless it is disproportionately inconvenient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If a product is returned as defective and CAFERAMA confirms the defect after inspection, the customer can be informed about the progress of the replacement or repair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Assignment or transfer of rights regarding product defects is excluded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In case of transaction cancellation, refunds for the original purchase are made using the same method as the original payment. Specifically, for card payments, CAFERAMA will notify the issuing bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank will execute the reversal according to its agreement with the customer. CAFERAMA is not responsible for the timing or manner of execution of the reversal. For bank transfers, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If products are returned damaged or incomplete, CAFERAMA reserves the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to offset this amount unilaterally against the customer\u2019s claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returns of Non-Defective Products \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If the customer is a natural person (consumer) purchasing for personal use and not for professional activity, they have the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product (to the customer or the carrier indicated by the customer), returning the product in its original condition, at their expense, including any reduction in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If an invoice was requested during the order (rather than a retail receipt), the purchase is considered business-related, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
